Lt Col VC Prakash (Retd) served in the Indian Army for 23 years and imbibed the best practices of the Armed Forces. He commanded troops belonging to different geographies and had the opportunity to deal with some very challenging situations relating to Man Management and Leadership both in peace and operations like BLUE STAR, VIJAY and RHINO. He was extensively involved in imparting training to middle/senior level personnel.

After seeking voluntary retirement from the Army, he headed the HR Admin of a Manufacturing Company for 3 years. During this tenure, he successfully formulated and implemented various HR policies in line with the Company business. Further, he brought about a perceptible change in the mindset of both Management and Workmen and facilitated smooth settlement of two Union Agreements.

Armed with this rich Defence/Industry experience, he joined Pegasus Pune. During this stint of six years, he successfully conducted over 300 Experiential Learning based programs (Outbound) ranging from Team Building to Leadership programmes as also Assessment and Development programs for various sectors. He constantly worked towards delivering value based ROI to the client system and successfully anchored a series of programs which were measured for effectiveness at level 1 and 2 based on the Kirkpatrick Model.

Some of the clients that he closely worked with are ADP, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys, Honeywell, SunGard AS, TKML, Spencers, John Deere, Bosch, Saint Gobain, Pidilite, HSBC, BajajFinserv, NSE, Vodafone, Cipla, Columbia Asia, Mylan, Allergan etc. He has facilitated program on leadership, team building, appreciative inquiry and formulating the vision and mission of an organization.

An empathic listener with an eye for detail, his interests include human behaviour, people development and yoga.

His educational qualifications include PGDBA in HRM and MSc in Strategic Defence. He is a Certified Practitioner in NLP and has successfully completed an experiential Lab conducted by AHRD.

Presently, he works as a consultant and facilitator in the space of people and organizational development.
