Our Approach To an Assignment

Before the start of any assignment, in addition to the client brief, we also recommend a diagnostic for a day or two so that we are able to get an independent understanding of the situation. The intervention design then weaves in the client brief and the diagnostic findings to ensure that all the aspects are covered in the intervention design.
