Outbound / Experiential Training
Outbound Training is a technique used to help the employees learn through experiences. The training is conducted outdoors and consists of a number of challenging tasks or activities that needs to be completed within a given time frame. The learning takes place through a cycle of doing, reflecting on actions and drawing lessons out of these experiences and reflections. The tasks could be individual or team tasks and are used to build team work and collaboration, trust and cooperation and various facets of leadership.
