Prasad Datar

A passionate HR practitioner; Masters’ degree holder in HR with over 25 years of work experience. Prasad has held leadership positions in Human Resources function with Multinational and local organizations during his 24 years of living and working in the UAE. After the successful corporate stint, he turned entrepreneur in 2015 as the founder of Nexo, an HR consulting firm assisting clients in transforming the way Talent is recruited, developed and retained. As a part of the Search and Selection practice, he leads Talent Search for up to CXO level roles, across continents and wide spectrum of Industries. Additionally, he acts as the Principal Consultant for HR Consulting engagements.
