Ritu holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from University of Allahabad and an M.Phil degreein Human Resource Planning and Development from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. She has 22years of experience in the corporate sector. Ritu started her careeras a consultant in Organizational Development, People assessments and training. She then moved on to the corporate sector by joining Infosys Technologies Limited in their Learning and Development Group. She was responsible for addressing end-to-end training and people development needs of two business groups, which included activities liketraining needs analysis, design, implementation, post-training tracking assessments and measurement for business groups within Infosys. For the last 15years, she has been doing consulting assignments in the area of training, talent management and people and organizational development for clients like Oracle, Philips Software, HP, Tata Yazaki, Tata Sky, Titan, IFB, Ernst & Young, PwC, Thought Focus,Thermofisher, Granules India, Cap Gemini, Novartis, UTi, Capita, Infotech, Praxair, Airbus,Mahindra Finance, L& T Constructions, Bank of Baroda, TTK Group etc. Her areas of expertise include competency mapping, competency and role based organizational development interventions, devising talent management strategy for organizations, conducting organizational development interventions, designing and developing assessments centers, executive coaching, management development and behavioral programs. Ritu has been also been supporting three SMEs in Logistics domain for the last severalyears as a Strategy, business and organizational development consultant. The engagement involves acting as a mentor and a coach to the top management and support them in strategy development and implementation.
